Lewis Hamilton also made a fast start in the McLaren and played for the lead, but slightly touched Webber at the first corner and received a puncture, ending his opportunity for points. He lost a lap in the pits, ultimately finishing 18th, still one lap down. Jarno Trulli also collided with Kazuki Nakajima’s Williams at the first corner, and the Italian had to pit for a new nosecone for his Toyota, leaving him at the back of the field with Hamilton.

MANCARURI DE CRACIUN - COZONAC CU NUCA SI MAC

Mod de preparare

Intr-un castron, se freaca drojdia cu zaharul, pana cand se lichefiaza, se adauga untul moale, smantana, galbenusurile, sarea, coaja rasa de lamaie si portocala, apoi faina.

Aluatul se amesteca cu lingura, apoi se framanta cu mana 10 minute, lasandu-l sa creasca la cald, circa 30 minute, pana cand isi dubleaza volumul. Se ung cu margarina solida (mai moale) 4 forme lungi si inguste de circa 35/6 cm, din tabla inoxidabila, speciale pentru cozonaci.

Se ia jumatate din cantitatea de aluat si se pune pe o foaie de nylon, presarata cu putina faina, i se da cu mana forma de dreptunghi, presand cu palma ca sa aiba aceeasi grosime si marginile drepte.

Apoi, se intinde in foaie subtire de circa 2 mm, incepand de la mijloc spre margini, ca sa aiba o latura cat lungimea formei (35 cm) si cealalta, cat iese (cca 60 cm).Aluatul, fiind gras si elastic, se intinde usor.

Albusurile se bat spuma, se adauga tot zaharul tos si romul si, apoi, se bate spuma in continuare, pana cand se intareste din nou. Se pune nuca macinata sau macul macinat si se amesteca usor, cu telul, prin rasturnare, de jos in sus, pana cand se incorporeaza in albus.

Jumatate din cantitatea de umplutura se asaza cu lingura in gramezi pe foaia intinsa si apoi se niveleaza cu cutitul. Foaia se taie in jumatate pe latura cea mai lunga si se ruleaza de la taietura spre margine.

Se obtin doua rulouri care, apoi, se rostogolesc direct in forma asezata cu deschizatura spre ele. Se lasa sa creasca in forma circa 10 minute, apoi se ung cu ou. Formele se asaza in tava de prajitura care, apoi, se introduce in cuptorul bine incalzit, cu 30 minute inainte, la foc mijlociu.

Se coc 50-60 minute, la foc mijlociu. Dupa 30 minute, formele se intorc, daca cuptorul nu coace uniform si focul se reduce, ca sa nu se rumenesca prea mult cozonacii. Dupa ce s-au copt, primii doi cozonaci se lasa sa alunece lateral pe o planseta, se acopera bine si se lasa sa se raceasca in bucatarie, pana a doua zi.

Imediat ce s-au pus primii doi cozonaci in forma, se asaza la fel, si ceilalti doi, lasandu-i mai departe de sursa de caldura, ca sa dospeasca mai incet, pana cand se coc primii.
